Dr Koh Thiam SengEducational Programme ManagementBSc (NUS), DipEd (NUS), MSc(Hons) (Massey University), PhD (Monash University)Dr Koh Thiam Seng joined Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse as Senior Vice President in October 2018. Prior to this, Dr Koh was Associate Dean at the Office of Education Research and Associate Professor of Natural Sciences and Science Education at the National Institute of Education where he had served for more than 28 years. At the Ministry of Education, he was a Deputy Director (2000–2003) in the Higher Education Division before moving on to Director of Educational Technology (2003 – 2008). He was concurrently Deputy Director (2007–2008) at NIE. He was Principal (2009–2015) of St. Joseph’s Institution and Chief Executive Officer (2015–2017) at St. Joseph’s Institution International School. |
