We champion a blended learning approach, combining the benefits of online and onsite learning to offer a unique educational experience. Our model incorporates 70% online learning and 30% onsite learning, providing a flexible, engaging, and interactive learning environment. This blend not only promotes academic success but also develops essential skills such as self-discipline, time management, and digital literacy.

Our Team

Comprised of esteemed individuals from Singapore’s prestigious educational landscape, our leadership team has held senior roles in leading institutions and the Ministry of Education, bringing invaluable expertise to our organization. Alongside them, our Singaporean teachers are not just highly qualified and experienced in teaching the Cambridge syllabus, but they are also adept at instilling social-emotional competencies to motivate the younger generation. Together, our team exemplifies the high standards of Singapore’s celebrated education system, bringing world-class education to our online platform.

Mr Tan Tee How has been with CES since 2018 as the Executive Director. His illustrious career includes roles such as Commissioner of Inland Revenue and CEO of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. He also served as Permanent Secretary (National Development) in 2004 and Permanent Secretary (Home Affairs) in 2011. Between 2016 to 2019, he was a board member of the National University Health System.

Mr Law Cheong Yan joined CES in 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2022. He has vast international experience in managing Singapore companies' overseas businesses in China and the U.S., having spent over nine years there. His previous roles include being the Group's Financial Controller (1999-2004) and an international accounting firm's auditor (1995-1999). A member of ISCA and CPA Australia, he serves as Dynamic Colours Limited's independent director.

Dr Koh Thiam Seng joined Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse as Senior Vice President in October 2018. Prior to this, Dr Koh was Associate Dean at the Office of Education Research and Associate Professor of Natural Sciences and Science Education at the National Institute of Education where he had served for more than 28 years. At the Ministry of Education, he was a Deputy Director (2000–2003) in the Higher Education Division before moving on to Director of Educational Technology (2003 – 2008). He was concurrently Deputy Director (2007–2008) at NIE. He was Principal (2009–2015) of St. Joseph’s Institution and Chief Executive Officer (2015–2017) at St. Joseph’s Institution International School.

Mr Hee Joh Liang assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Sing-Ed in April 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience in education and technology. Previously, he held positions such as Deputy Principal (Development) at Singapore Polytechnic for 11 years, Regional Director of Cengage Publishing, Senior Director at the National Computer Board, and IT-Planner at the Ministry of Education. Having spent seven years in the US, he has extensive international experience. Mr Hee holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Mr Lee Leck Seng has been working in Singapore Polytechnic for more than 25 years before he joined Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse. His experience lies in education and industry engagement, ranging from being a Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering, a Deputy Director of the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing, the General Manager and finally the Director (Industry) of Industry Engagement and Partnership. He is also well-versed in Leadership, Regional Business Development, Machine Designing and Building, Contract Manufacturing of Components and Quality Auditing.
